Registration Fees

Early registration (payment before January 11)	15500 CZK or 640 EUR (7-day board and accommodation 12500 CZK / 520 EUR + conference fee 3000 CZK / 120 EUR)
Standard registration (payment after January 11)	18500 CZK or 760 EUR (7-day board and accommodation 12500 CZK / 520 EUR + conference fee 6000 CZK / 240 EUR)

The registration fee covers the board, accommodation and the bus from Prague to the conference venue and back. There is no registration deadline, however the conference venue has a limited capacity and we advise you to register early. Scam warning: Board and accommodation is covered by the registration fee and provided at the venue. All communication takes place via our e-mail addresses @winterschool.eu.

Payment Instructions

We accept payments in CZK or EUR by bank transfer after your registration is processed. The instructions for the payment are sent in the email confirming your registration. Please make your payment at your earliest convenience, and ensure to cover any associated transaction fees, i.e. make sure that the full fee amount arrives to our bank account. In case you need a different payment arrangement, you need to send a bulk payment, or you need a different fee structure, please contact us via email.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

• before January 14: 100% refund (minus banking fees)
• before January 30: 50% refund
• after January 30: No refund

We will provide full refund in case of conference cancellation, restrictive travel regulations, and similar circumstances. Cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
